Payment & Booking Terms – Iryvive Travel
Payment Policy
To confirm your booking with Iryvive, full payment (100% of the total amount) is required. If your reservation is marked as “on request,” once it is confirmed, you must complete the payment within three (3) days. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
General Conditions
1. Accuracy of Information
The client is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the booking process. This includes all personal details and credit card data submitted through the system.
2. Communication
The client is fully responsible for the accuracy of their provided contact details, including email address and phone number. These will be considered valid for all communications and notifications.
3. Payment Authorization
By proceeding with a booking, the client authorizes the selected hotel or service provider to charge their credit card for:
The total cost of the reservation
Any applicable cancellation or modification fees
This is in accordance with the terms and conditions specified at the time of booking.
4. Booking Confirmation
Please ensure that all selected services are correct before making payment. Only the services listed in your final confirmation will be delivered. Modifications may not be possible after payment.
5. Changes & Cancellations
To modify or cancel your booking, please use the reservation reference number (locator) provided in your service voucher. All changes must be made through our booking system.
6. Role of Iryvive
Iryvive acts solely as a booking platform. The contract is established directly between the client and the selected hotel or service provider. Iryvive does not offer accommodation, guided tours, or local tourism services directly.
7. Content Responsibility
All hotel and service information (e.g., descriptions, prices, availability) is provided by the establishments themselves. Iryvive is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or updates of this content. Any complaints should be addressed directly to the service provider.
8. Booking Validity
Automatic booking confirmations are subject to successful payment processing. If the credit card payment cannot be completed, your booking may be canceled, and you will receive notification via email.
9. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply according to the specific terms and conditions set by each hotel or service provider. Please refer to these conditions before booking.
10. Data Privacy
All personal information you provide is kept strictly confidential and shared only with the service providers involved in your booking. However, Iryvive is not liable for how these establishments handle your information. It is assumed that they will treat your data responsibly and securely.
11. Errors and Limitations
The website content may contain typographical errors, translation inaccuracies, or technical issues. While we strive for accuracy, Iryvive accepts no responsibility for such errors.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your booking, you agree to these General Conditions. Any modifications to your booking will also be governed by these terms.
13. Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising between the user and Iryvive will be governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

These terms and conditions apply to all users utilizing the online services provided by Iryvive Tourism Company for processing payments. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By authorizing an online payment to Iryvive Tourism Company, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Iryvive reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review them before using the service.
Key Terms
Payments may only be made using a Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card.
Before proceeding, we advise users to confirm any applicable charges or fees with their card provider.
All card details entered are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway and are not stored by Iryvive.
Users should retain a copy of the transaction confirmation for future reference or dispute resolution.
By proceeding, users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of online transactions, including potential exposure to misuse, hacking, theft, or fraud. Iryvive and its payment providers bear no responsibility for such incidents.
User Responsibilities
When using the online payment service, the user confirms and agrees that:
The card used for payment is legally owned by them or authorized by the lawful cardholder.
All personal and card details provided are accurate and valid.
The user has sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction.
The user authorizes the deduction of the payment amount from their nominated card.
Security
All payment information entered through the online gateway is encrypted to ensure secure communication and data protection.
Iryvive and its payment service providers are not liable for any failure by the user or any third party to protect sensitive data during the payment process (e.g., being viewed by others on-screen).
Privacy Policy
All personal information provided during the payment process will be treated as strictly confidential. Iryvive will not share, sell, or distribute this data to third parties unless required by law. Credit card data is neither stored nor accessible by Iryvive.
Limitation of Liability
Iryvive and its payment partners will not be held liable for:
Errors, delays, or interruptions in transaction processing.
Technical issues including viruses or software failure.
Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access, misuse of data, or transaction failure.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the same payment method used in the original transaction.
Refunds are only eligible within 90 days of the original payment date.
Administrative fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. The final amount refunded will reflect these deductions and may vary based on each case.
Changes to Terms
Iryvive reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
Iryvive also reserves the right to reject or cancel any online payment if your account is in default or for any other valid reason.
